More powerful than a sweeper but less bulky than a full-scale upright, the 3.6-amp Hoover Quik-Broom tackles crumbs, dust, and lint with a handy, maneuverable design. It also has onboard tools for above-floor cleaning. Fitted with an 11-1/2-inch floor nozzle that can be set for bare surfaces or rugs, the Quik-Broom is lightweight and easy to use. Completely bagless, its roomy plastic dust container is transparent for monitoring. The container pops off easily when you need to empty it and uses a filter system to keep smaller particles inside. Hoover also includes an onboard hose and crevice tool for hard-to-reach spaces and narrow spots. Conversion to tool cleaning is quick--simply plug one end of the hose into a port on the back of the machine and it is ready to go.
